“Always delivers on time and Special notes included. I’m not a local. I live in N. Cali but chose this florist because it’s near my MIL home (repeat customer). So far they have delivered nicely but…the flowers don’t look like the flowers on the website when ordered online. Lots of flowers were missing in the bouquet? Don’t get me wrong, the sunflowers & green Pom poms are beautiful but for the price I’m paying? I know I’m not there in person but…Please do better for online customers. Thanks.”

She created our ceremony arbor florals and all of our personal flowers, and everything turned out beautifully. I especially loved my bridal bouquet, my husband’s boutonniere, and all of our wedding party florals.

The customer service at Karla’s Flower Shop is just as impressive as the flowers. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Karla , Gladys, Adriana, and Briana are all wonderful, and Briana especially always goes above and beyond. Every time I’ve ordered from them, I’ve been completely happy with what I received. The flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. I will definitely keep coming back!

“Heather was so AMAZING to us. We needed last minute casket spray for my brother in law’s memorial. We are not from the area and scurried trying to find a place last minute, and this was hands down the best place. We had stopped by different flowers shops in the area, but Heather was so sweet and quick to help us and show us what she could do and help us with a budget we had. She had everything done SO FAST and was honestly the best pricing! We absolutely loved the flowers she came up with, and loved the ribbons, my parent in laws really appreciated the flowers to help lay their son to rest. “Earlier today, I visited this sams club location with my grandma and mom. Upon walking in the store, we had already been looking for one of the ride on carts that are for people with disabilities. After searching for 15 min outside, my grandma was starting to feel sick from the heat, granted she is 84 years old and barely walking. We then went to look for somewhere to sit inside where she could cool off. This is where we met the sweetheart, Veronica, who was todays door person. Without hesitation, Veronica got my grandma a chair to sit on and quickly asked if she needed water. Next, she ask if we had requested a driving cart, which we quickly replied yes. Veronica then got on her walkie talkie and said that a customer was waiting for one of these rare carts. After Veronica called it out, one of the other employees brought it straight to my grandma. Veronica also provided my grandma with a bottle of water because she was aware that she was elderly and in the heat leading up to our entrance into the store. We were so stunned at the level of service that this young sweetheart provided. During our shopping trip and ride home, my grandma couldn't stop talking about how sweet this young girl was. These are the type of employees who make you want to shop at certain store. Veronica deserves some major recognition from the company because very few people these days go above and beyond to make an impact on customers lives. We all look forward to seeing her the next time we shop here. My grandma is forever thankful for the courtesy and kindness that Veronica provided to my family today. I hope to see you soon and I hope this recognition finds its way to someone who can give this kind soul a Pat on the back and return the favor that she provided to us today.”

“Hilton's staff came through for me, and I am sooo grateful! I called late on Monday afternoon with a special request for my father's and aunt's joint funeral service (1 1/2 days later) - I needed them to incorporate sage blooms that I gathered that day. Another shop closer to the chapel required a photo of what I wanted - but that did not exist. When I called Hiltons, pretty desperate - Joyce (?) was calming and assured that their designer Evelyn would work with me to meet my vision. When I arrived 10 minutes later, Evelyn already had ideas to show me, and I loved it all. They both also had the know how to soak the blooms, as they had already wilted when I handed them over. When I arrived at the chapel yesterday, I was so touched and blown away by the arrangements. They looked SO amazing. I am still so happy with the end result, as well as how respectful, understanding and kind both women were. Also, amazing value! Delivery was included and after I ordered the arrangements, I felt I could breathe! 🙏🏽 Recommend to the utmost!”
