We had an excellent experience today at Lamps Plus Pros in Redlands, California. Abraham, a certified Pro Sales Agent, provided outstanding service—he was knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. Hector, the manager, was also fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. Hector helped load our two large light fixtures in our car and was happy to help!. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made the entire experience a pleasure. We are extremely pleased with both of them and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and expertise!”

“Anel the designer captured all the detail of our tv room including measurements and pictures on the wall which made choosing furniture so much easier using the computer graphic display. We ended up spending 3 hours with her and our sales person Marie to view furniture, see it in the graphic display on the computer and make a purchase . She was also able to integrate carpets ( from another vendor) into the display. We never felt a time pressure or pressure to buy. It was a productive and stressfree experience.”

“Eugene was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision for us by addressing our concerns with one of the couches. He plugged it all in to make sure it worked. He even asked if we wanted to take the cords with us ( when we got to the couch one part was missing a cord) he said he thought he knew where there might be a cord and retrieved it. The only problem we had was one of the clips that hold the cords secure was missing.”

“Jeanine designed The furnishings and look of my new cottage in Lake Arrowhead. My home was built in 1936 and she kept the charm and made a modern anthropology/French provincial look. She is so talented and my place gorgeous she stayed within my budget and use very high-quality furnishings, I can’t say enough about her talent and what a hard worker she is I would recommend her for any project. I have good taste and have eye design. I have nothing compared to her natural gift and design ability.”

“This was the other antique store that was appealing and the folks there were so friendly and accommodating. It may look smaller on the outside but it's not, it's actually a lot of rooms with all kinds of antiques and home decor along with furniture. Because it was Christmas time, it was so beautiful to look at all the different displays and ornaments they had for sale. Yes prices were bit high, but it was great quality and worth it if you like to collect. And Ofcourse my daughter bought a few things there, it would've been unusual if she hadn't. They have a lot of great and cute stuff.”

“Cute little store that has a lot of clothing & other items with bears on them. Very rustic bear themed items which I think we can all agree we love seeing that especially in the mountains. Prices were reasonable to high because of the specialty items you won't find anywhere nearby especially in California but it was very doable. The older lady that helped us was very sweet and helpful. Definitely worth a looksy if you're visiting up there.”

“Incredible find in Redlands! This store has just about everything you need for your home and best part everything is new and prices are great! Jeff, Brenda and Allan are also very helpful and they even offer delivery! If you haven’t checked them out yet, it’s worth it! I was there Saturday picked up some rose food for my garden, a new bathing suit, dress and a barbecue! They have lots of gorgeous furniture, and even Lego sets! I will definitely me visiting them again soon!”
