“This is my first time visited Crestline and The North Shore Inn.It was a quick one night getaway and we sure had a great time.
We got the one bedroom suite upstair.It was a cute and cozy room.Come with full size fridge,full kitchen and fireplace (They do not allow you to bring your own logs and they provided a Duraflame fire log that will basically last a longtime) Separate living room with balcony connecting bedroom and living room.
Bathroom was big and clean.If you like vintage vibe type of room you’ll love this place but if you expect the modern type of room this might not be the place for you.The pillows were comfy and it’s more than enough for 2 people but the mattress was quite too soft for us but we didn’t woke up with a back pain or anything and we had a good night sleep.
They have parking in the back of the building.
Location was perfect! Close to everything.You can walk to the market and the lake was across the street! Perfect.

The room was better than the pictures! I was in room 102 and the view was amazing from my window! Short drive to town and the best feature is there is a binder in the room that tells you everything you need to know. Well put together and very informative. I for sure will be staying here again.”

“You hear other people coughing in adjacent rooms. This is the same comment that I made before when I stayed there a couple weeks ago. Very little privacy, so it seems from my experience.
I did however use the Jacuzzi this time and that was a great experience.
The staff where all very accommodating. The room was spotless. The pillows not so great. This is the only Hampton and I ever stayed out that I did not like the pillows.
At every other Hampton and I ever stayed at the bedding was top-notch. This location does not get that praise - sorry Hampton Inn. This is my opinion over the past five years of staying at your properties.”

Beautifully landscaped property with romantic fountains. We drove in at night; I thought it was a dream! Well thought-out plan for such a small area. It's like your own slice of paradise!
Great location, so close to many fast-food chains, a Coco's, a Dollar Tree you can WALK.
Beautiful, refreshing community.
You can see mountains from the front of the establishment.
And the beach and amusement parks not more than an hour away.
Close to the Ontario Airport.
Shopping (Nordstrom Rack, Five Below, TJ Maxx, Ross, Home Depot), with more restaurants and a huge movie theater a couple of miles away.
Biggest breakfast offering included: bacon, eggs, fruit, juice and more! 5:30-9am
Helpful staff who took care of any concerns or needs ASAP.
Note for housekeeping management: the floors need deep cleaning”

“Been working with the Staybridge Suites to host monthly meetings, and I have to say their sales manager, Pamela V. has been phenomenal. She's helped set-up and breakdown meetings here at the Staybridge to utilize both their small and large meeting rooms! The staff here are warm and friendly, and it's been a pleasure working with them to accommodate for our needs. Parking is plentiful and everything here feels homely and modern. Would recommend using here for any business meeting needs!”
“These people were a blessing from God!!! We booked a room for our neighbor who is elderly and disabled, to find out that the room was upstairs. My husband took the day off of work so that he could help her up to the room. When the manager saw her struggling to get up the stairs, he immediately redirected us to a ground floor room, completely set up for disabled persons, including a LARGE walk-in shower and shower chair! She was able to safely have a hot shower, which she hadn't had in a while because she is unable to use her own. Then, he told us that if we ever had need of the room again to let him know! Our neighbor has had a really rough time as of late and we have been working hard to help her, so to have the Inn's exceptional service to ease our troubles was phenomenal... The room was clean, well set up, and comfy. The location is great because it is just down the road for us and very easy to find from the street, close to the freeway. They have a spa, as well. We didn't use it, but my neighbor was sure drooling over the prospect of it! Thank you soooo much Calimesa Inn Motel for making the start of our long day very smooth and worry-free! Thank you!!!”

“Went out to Big Bear Lake with my bestie and we stayed at this hotel. We booked the two-bedroom two-bathroom suite, it was very clean and comfortable. Beds were pretty comfy, the couch, not so much, but I wasn't really there to spend much time in the living room. I love that there's a full kitchen in there and a fridge to put your drinks. Staff was very nice”

“My family and I stayed here on out quick mini trip to Cali. We’ve been to Los Angeles before but wanted to stay a little bit outside of LA. This place was great. From the check in process to the room, breakfast, everything was awesome. The room was clean. It was quiet. We were able to get a good nights sleep and rest. Don’t want to sound greedy but breakfast was my favorite. The food was excellent. They also provide you with to go bags if you prefer to have your breakfast on the go or take to your room. The dining area was clean. The, front desk and housekeeping were awesome. I wouldn’t mind staying here again of I ever go back to California.”

“Overall it’s pretty nice so I’ll give it a 4/5
Location: It’s quite close to the arrowhead lake village, you can take a walk and had food there and then come to check in. Also there’s a grocery store like 5 mins drive away ( there’s an EV charger and ATM too )! But notice that you’ll need to enter the code to open the gate to drive in !
Room: It’s clean and you got almost everything you need ! The bed and blanket are soft and cozy, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, kitchenware like pots, fry pans, etc. Also there’s free coffee and tea !The small living room area is nice too, there’s a cute fireplace to warm you up, nice sofa and TV with Netflix.
As for the bathroom, it’s clean too, they provided many towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. Well somehow we can’t get hot water in the bathtub (for the sink it works fine) but it’s not a big problem for us this time.
Service: We’re international travelers so we didn’t have US phone number before we arrived in US, not sure if it’s because of this so we didn’t get the instructions to check in in advance. We arrived at the gate and don’t know how to open. We call the staff and she’s nice and send us the instructions right away :) ! The check in process is contactless, so remember to have the instructions ready before you enter !
Oh and I personally love the balcony a lot, there’s view in the morning from the balcony is so beautiful, the sun and the forest, so wonderful!”

“Room key wouldn’t work had to get a new one every time I left my room lotta sketchy activity in the building didn’t feel safe pool was cloudy so never used it described online as rooms having microwaves turns out there’s one microwave per floor.. but the staff was friendly and willing to help out either the keys n what not Friday price was high but over all it worked and they allowed dogs.. required a $60 cash deposit won’t accept any other payment worked for me but seemed weird also says they have coin laundry in all fair they do… but it’s 2 machines for the entire building sooo ya don’t expect anything fancy but if you need a cheap spot to lay your head it’ll work”
“Originally had a campground but made a last minute pivot. These are beautiful and the location is super quiet and there are some amazing views. Our cabin was super clean and they stock it with snacks, coffee and little s’mores kits! So peaceful and relaxing. This was a lucky find for my son and I as we soon complete our Chicago to Santa Monica Route 66 trip.”

“This hotel was great for the price especially since I wanted to stay near the casino. I got a king size room and sheets were clean and bathroom was as well. However, as most hotels they do charge a $14 parking fee and also the hot tub wasn’t functioning and was not maintained there was leaves and debris in the hot tub. That’s the only reason why I rate a 4 but other than that staff was very friendly! And breakfast was also good!”

“My husband and I went to the Bistro for Valentines Day, and the food was AMAZING. We both had the Steak & Lobster dinner, which was cooked to perfection. The Best we have ever had....anywhere. The staff was top notch and attentive as always. The Valentines Day decorations were really nice, and they even gave me a long stem red rose after dinner. It was truly a great and memorable Valentines Day dining experience. Thank you!”
