“I had a great experience at Cardenas Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and authentic Hispanic products. The employees were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Eusabia was able to tell I didn’t know where I was looking and what was looking for. Until she helped me out with getting the right ingredients for the meal I wanted to prepare. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Cardenas Market to anyone looking for quality groceries and excellent customer service.”

“What can I say. I rented a U Haul from this location. BJ is absolutely amazing. His customer service is top notch!! The quality of the rental was also exceptional. “Great store , found everything I needed except linaza , it was hard for me to walk since I’m older. so an employee offered to bring it to me but I wanted to know where to find it so she walked me to it . Was very patient and we talked about the benefits of linaza. Amazing woman and great customer service . She brought a shopping cart for me so I wouldn’t carry my stuff . We need more Elisa in Vallarta . Keep up the amazing work”
“Comparing to the Aldis in Rialto, they need to be trained from THIS Aldis. Here the workers are patient even when they have a long line. They know how to manage the carts at the cashier area. Instead of forcing customers to take their items while throwing the next customers items in the same cart , they put our items in the cart and let us take it to bring back after we bag it. Im greeted with a smile in the very least and at least told thank you and to enjoy my day rather than having no communication and treated disrespectfully.”

“Its an experience here, from having to loan the cart a quarter to use down to bagging your own groceries. its always a hit or miss with the store, if you go early before opening there is always a line if eager shoppers waiting for the doors to open. Do you guys remember that old Mervyn's commercial what's the lady waiting for the store to open flashing her hands at the door saying Open open open open open open open yeah these are those people. The customers are always nice enough to give you their cart when they are done if your short a quarter. The sales aren't bad but it's definitely first come first serve as they run out quickly. I do like how they constantly changing what they have in stock. But I think the best thing about the store is the security guard. This woman is always in a good mood always happy always smiling and always puts a smile on my face. Her great attitude is contagious!!”
