“I give it a four star rate gym is highly clean in all areas including the restrooms. The front desk gals are great at welcoming. The only thing that the times that I drop off my girls to the kids zone and as well as I pick them up there’s only one gal in there I’m not quite sure her name but my girls say it’s Connie the one that is always there by her self. And I’ve been to other clubs and they normally have two gals in there and I’m pretty sure it does get overwhelming to be with 5 plus kids for only one gal.”

“Can't beat the price, good gym with a variety of equipment. The busy hours can be hard though on getting what you need to work out. If you love treadmills you are guaranteed to get one even during busy hours since they have a ton of them.”
“Great gym, low price $70 a month with a decent locker. Friendly people, just wish they would fix the heavybag at the gym in modesto so I don't have to drive to Turlock to hit the heavybag”

“I've noticed that some of the reviews here don't seem to be entirely accurate, so I wanted to provide my own thoughts on this gym. As someone who's a bit of an equipment snob and has a home gym with some pretty nice equipment, I can say that the dumbbells here are top of the line: polyurethane. The hex or basic rubber ones would be more suited for a home gym. I personally prefer the 6-shooter/revolver style plates, which are also in polyurethane and easy to handle. These are the plates that are offered at the Newman location, not sure about this one.The gym has all the racks and machines that I could use and the atmosphere is great. It's usually not too busy and has a good vibe. While I can't speak to the negative reviews during COVID, I've had a great experience with the equipment and the management team is amazing. I work out at odd times and appreciate that this gym is open 24/7. I personally have never been to this gym, but since I noticed other reviewers giving them reviews for their Atwater location, why not give them one here for their Lathrop location.Their restrooms are clean and maintained! I have met the owners and they are pleasant people, they even offered me a t-shirt upon signing up. My cousin and I signed up the same day.”
