“I just wanted to come forward with the most honest review about this place. For dealing with the loss of my child hood pet kitty and finding a place to put him down at, going to Monte vista I had a bad experience the vet that I had seen had no sympathy no customer service and just had no emotion talking to me or didn’t care to be there knowing what I was in there for. they quoted me for the cremation and without even taking the actual cremations home it came out too 600$ and with the cremations 700$. I didn’t know what to do I didn’t want my cat to be put down there after what I had experienced. A friend ended up recommending to me to try out canal vet. So I called and scheduled an appointment and when I tell you I’ve never experienced such an amazing experience with a vet clinic. The staff was caring, so understanding, and showed so much sympathy. When I signed to get his cremations the total was only around 430$ including the little box they put him in with his name on it as well and that’s all I was told about. I realized I completely forgot to get his fur or paw print or anything like that and to my surprise I ended up getting a call saying they had his fur there for me when I forgot to ask for it!! on top of that in the mail they sent me a care card with all of the staff’s signatures on it with a heart felt message and my cats PAW PRINT when I tell you this is how every animal facility should treat there customers especially after going through this type of loss I’m beyond thankful for this place to go out of there way to do the smallest things that make their facility so special. thank you so much I wouldn’t have wanted this experience to go any other way.”
“Great. They seem to really Care here. Everything is a bit rushed but I do believe that they do this on a budget and they're trying to get as much done as they can each time that they do the service. That said, I am very satisfied with the service and price”

The vet exam was brief, not as thorough as I have seen done by other Vets. I had to ask for ears and teeth to be checked. The wait times were fairly long. The facility was clean and orderly.”

“We've been going to Dr. Lee for years. She has been so good to our chinchilla, dog, and cats. Always so patient and gentle with them, and has done all their surgeries. We drive from out of the city to see her. Very much worth it. We always know they're in good hands there.”
“Doug and Lori at Landers are excellent vets and have made my second attempt at embryo transfer and AI successful. Douglas' customer service is amazing and they took great care of my donors, came back in excellent health. Highly recommend”

“I came here on labor day to put my very old baby boy to rest. The team at Taylor Vet was amazing, they were so gentle with him and gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The one thing they did that I will never ever forget and will never ever be able to thank them enough was sending this thinking of you card with Odies paw print and nose print. “Words can't describe how grateful I am to find you. My baby girl passed away in my arms at home. I took her to Hilmar Animal Hospital for cremation. They were very professional & compassionate & gave me a private room to say my goodbye. Their price is the most reasonable compare to other places & they are not all about money.
