It's usually a very busy place. My only comment is that they should have a small pull out platform to rest your large purse on. The window area is very narrow, and looking thru my purse once I place it on the narrow platform, it is difficult to go thru. That's my 2 cents worth.

I had difficulty with my checking account and Lisa helped by speaking with her manager/supervisor about my situation. In my opinion Lisa went above and beyond to give good customer service and in explaining my situation she helped resolve it.
