They're informative, helpful and kind. I'm definitely gonna be buying my puppy snacks and toys from this shop from now on. If I could give it a higher rating I would!!!! Hi there, if you have concerns about a person, maybe you should talk to them instead of assuming. First of all, I am the owner of the Belgian Malinois. No, I was not in a bad mood. I was actually on a time crunch and trying to wash my dog like any other person that comes in there. I do not work for the Pet Store. And my only comment about cleaning up after myself was to let them know that I had already done it so they did not need to do it. When I use somebody else’s facility, I generally like to clean up after myself, and it wasn’t a dig at you. It was just informing the employees that it had already been done so they didn’t have to do it. They support retired and active K-9 units. So I appreciate the gratitude they pay forward. If I can make their job a little easier for doing that I do.
