I love this bank.The tellers are always accommodating and helpful.. If you ask questions and if they don't have the answer, they'll get back to you.Right away. I've been a happy customer 18 years since it was a Rabo.

I love walking into this bank I have no idea what you all are complaining about this is a wonderful bank We have other accounts at other banks and I dread going into them due to no tellers at there banks. I have not one time in the past year have I ever waited more the 2 min to see a teller this bank is wonderful

Erica Hansen and Tonya Garcia are both excellent examples of customer service. They genuinely set the standard for all customer representatives. Jason Bettencourt is another happy face behind the counter. Keep up the good work Hollister branch.
