Communicated with me and helped me understand what was going on. Took a bit of time but im very satisfied with how they handled and fixed my trucks issues. I ordered a trunk lid for a 2018 Nissan Sentra a silver one, they had 2 of them, and had another request from another shop the same day. They accidentally sent my part to the other shop, but when I called they treated me very professionally, acknowledged the mistake and corrected it very quickly by picking up my part from the other shop and delivering it to me the very next day. “Our diesel pusher MotorHome broke the serpentine belt and had to be towed. Bishop Diesel stayed open 4 hours late to wait for us. They diagnosed what caused the issue which was a frozen AC compressor. They told me what it would cost including labor. It took several hours more labor to get us up and running, but they charged us the original amount. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.
