I have not previously been to the hollister location. The line was long but moved quickly. I didn't spend more than ten minutes total. I was impressed. Keep up the good work!!

After reading all these negative reviews, I was afraid to go there but I did. I dropped off a package at 0930. No line. I was greeted in a friendly manner by an older woman. She thanked me when I left. I couldn't see a name tag.
