This is the 3rd time in 3 months they have failed to get our mail hold correct. First time it took them 3-weeks to find it, next it was 3-days & this time they started it 2-days early & failed to deliver it so again I went to the post office but this time they were able to find it. Not sure if they keep having new carriers but it sure seems more training might be appropriate.

Worst office I've ever had to deal with. Front desk workers are ride (had several separate encounters with different workers) and apparently, it's always the residents' fault. Thanks for losing our packages. I super appreciated it.

Probably the rudest people you will ever meet. Not sure why these people work here if they hate their job so much. Wish I could give negative stars.Sucks these are the same people who work here everyday, I will be going to a different post office permanently.

The older woman who works at the front counter is so rude. This is my second interaction with her and both times she has been completely unhelpful and patronizing. The first time she "helped" me she got incredibly irritated that I wanted to double check the address on her screen with the address I had been given. This time, I had a QR code to ship a package, which should have been an incredibly simple transaction, but she claimed that something on her screen didn't match up with the label even though I assured her that the label she printed was the exact same label the company had sent me and that I had shipped a return to the same company before with the same label and no issues. She refused to ship my package.

I have lived in Hollister for 23 years. And for 23 years the same three ladies have worked there. They have the same attitude they had 23 years ago. They are total bitches.! if you don't like your job quit ! instead of treating people like s*** ! I waited over 30 minutes to mail a letter. She closes the window. I ask a question I get attitude I feel I waited plenty long for them to do their f****** job.!! I left. I will use services elsewhere f*** that place.!!!!!'

We went for a passport appointment for our 2 month old son. My wife was breastfeeding our son in the car before our appointment. We walked in 7 minutes late…..I not joking 7 minutes late we got into line and waited another 5 min before asking someone if we needed to wait because we have an appointment. She asked me for my name I told her and she proceeded to say “oh it’s for Jett!? Your late! We cant see you”! I was like mama we just walked in and she cuts me off and says no you’re late! We can’t take you! She was a Hispanic lady and I’m not sure if she was the manager or supervisor but she seemed like she was in charger! This is a absolutely ridiculous! We drove from Gilroy in traffic to come here and she rejected us because we were a little late no by much! Horrible customer service!!!!! Never going back here again!

Despite staffing struggles this USPS strives to do its best to serve customers. As the population of Hollister balloons so does the line at the post office. Luckily the people at the counter do their very best to help you. If you are there to just drop off a package with a prepaid label you can either drop it off at the right most counter, drop it off on the drop box on the inside of the building or there are some drop boxes outside. There's also a machine you can buy labels from and scan QR codes to print labels. I've purchased postage before but unfortunately scanning barcodes to print labels doesn't seem to work.

Delivery driver cant ring or knock on the door/doorbell to get the REQUIRED SIGNATURE FOR MY PACKAGE!!! HOW DOES SOMEONE KNOW THEY HAVE A PACKAGE READY TO BE DROPPED OFF!!!

Did not even attempt to even deliver my signed delivery package. Just stuck a posit note to the door and left. Was literally in the living room and checked 6 minutes later. Now i have to wait 4 days for what was supposed to be next day shipping
