I visited the local post office to send a package abroad, and I was really impressed by the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through all the steps and explaining the best options for my needs. The process was smooth, and I received great value for the price. The package was delivered on time without any issues. The office itself is well-organized, and I appreciate the quick service. I would definitely return for any future postal needs!

I have not previously been to the hollister location. The line was long but moved quickly. I didn't spend more than ten minutes total. I was impressed. Keep up the good work!!

After reading all these negative reviews, I was afraid to go there but I did. I dropped off a package at 0930. No line. I was greeted in a friendly manner by an older woman. She thanked me when I left. I couldn't see a name tag.

This is the 3rd time in 3 months they have failed to get our mail hold correct. First time it took them 3-weeks to find it, next it was 3-days & this time they started it 2-days early & failed to deliver it so again I went to the post office but this time they were able to find it. Not sure if they keep having new carriers but it sure seems more training might be appropriate.

Worst office I've ever had to deal with. Front desk workers are ride (had several separate encounters with different workers) and apparently, it's always the residents' fault. Thanks for losing our packages. I super appreciated it.
