“My MacBook Pro was no longer under warranty (AppleCare). Apple and. Best Buy both quoted me a fee of almost $1,200 with no guarantee. I did a little research and learned UBreakiFix also does computers. The reservation system online was the best experience ever. So much simpler than getting in at the Apple Store or even at the GeekSquad at BestBuy. This was less than a minute on their website to book the reservation and have it go directly to my calendar. They were great with the reminders too. At the store, Sean took care of me. Totally transparent with how they work and what it costs. I got the repaired laptop in a few days for less than half the price! Can't wait for my next device to break!

And in fact the gentleman showed me that he was going to be using original parts I never had to mention if I could see the parts he showed it to me without hesitation without even bringing it up and I think that is good customer service right there. “I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself.
I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model.
He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases.
The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home.
I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options.
Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”

“Going to any cell service store is just as bad as the DMV imo. This was the only store I can say was not dmv level hell. I can’t remember the names of the sales associates helping me, but they were so patient, helping with a complicated plan to help me upgrade my phone. On Black Friday no less! I would drive far just to be helped at this store again”
