“My father has taken his phones here over the years to repair broken screens and to replace a broken speaker once (a german shepherd will sometimes find interesting things to chew on when bored!).So when my four year old HTC went dark on me, and I recovered from the panic, I felt comfortable and hopeful in trusting my phone with Jeff and Kevin. The phone itself could not be saved, as I fully expected (age and unavailability of parts, as HTC no longer makes phones). But Jeff worked tirelessly and diligently to retrieve and transfer all of my important information onto a new phone. I imagine it was tedious because the phone would only remain on for short increments of time before shutting down again. He was so kind and incredibly patient in answering my MANY questions, and salvaged everything I was concerned about losing, taking a lot of time in doing so, and keeping me up to date about the progress. He made the entire experience less stressful and I'm grateful for his expertise.”

“These guys are great! I've come here off and on for almost three years. They are always wonderfully helpful and beyond competent. I've had shattered phones no one could repair, but these guys did. It was like they were miracle workers.I've presented issues that were so difficult, i was triggered and i was (regretfully!) rude to them. When I'd calmed myself to return and apologize, they were SO gracious, they didn't even want to take a tip for their days of effort on my behalf. “I have to admit, I was very nervous going to any AT&T location after reading all the reviews. I went with this location on Vermont because it seemed the safest bet. From the moment I arrived they greeted me and informed me they would be with me in a moment. I was headed towards the cases when William spoke up and asked what he could help me with? He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had been super stressed out due to my phone acting up (it wouldn't charge) and I was down to 29%. I use my phone for work and everything else. Today is Saturday and all I could think of was how the heck would I get into Remote Desktop to help with payroll if the 2 part authentication wouldn't be possible w/out my phone? I needed more space as well. I had been deleting things to make room. William wasn't sure if they had a 512GB phone but he checked and they did! I was so very thankful!! As we waited for my phone to transfer everything William was great and kept me company. I noticed the rest of the team was also very sweet and helpful with everyone around. I want to get an iPad next and will definitely be going back. Thank you to William and the entire team at this location for your professionalism and courtesy.”

“My iPhone lower speaker didn't work & needed replacement. I normally go to another repair shop but was in the Beverly Connection are where this shop is. Great location & easy to find. I told Efrain the volume problem I was having & he knew right away what needs to be done. It would cost $79 & 45 minute waiting time. I called the other repair shop & they wanted to charge $89'with 2 hours wait. I decided to have Efrain fix my phone & went to do some shopping at the Beverly Connection mall while waiting. He fixed the phone within the 45 minutes & had it working perfect again. I like that he gave me the defective old speaker piece to show he had replaced with new one. It was cool to see what I was paying for. I had a great experience & will definitely go back to see Efrain for future repairs.”

“Sean and Ana were very kind and helpful. I had brought in my IPhone 11 that I had repaired about a month ago. My phone was not letting me unlock it or move anything on the screen. So after Sean fixed it, he was kind enough to show me the difference between a good quality screen and a not-so-good one. Ana recommended a good tempered glass for my phone as well as a speaker that was really hard to refuse lol. Overall they were very helpful and answered all of my questions.”
