The rooms were clean, but despite all of the signs telling people not to smoke (and the law in California) the hallways often reeked of smoke. Also, one morning it was coming into our room. I reported it as a problem one day, but there was no resolution. I am still having asthma issues a week later.

While it could modernize itself, the location and property itself was actually very enjoyable. I was there for one night and I enjoyed my time. It's a great walk from the boulevard and it's very quiet and feels safe at night. Will definitely return back.
