It was a nice experience. I thought the desk help had to print my email. He told me how I could print my document myself and it would be less expensive. Thanks you Sir.

Not sure why they have the bad rating. I bought a printer here a while back, problem happened and they returned it without the box or receipt. I was shocked. Very happy with the service I received here today. Highly recommended.
