“If I could give Olga 100 stars, I would. Hired her to decorate my office (high rise in Century City) and she knocked it out of the park. Every person who enters my office drops their jaw at how gorgeous (and cool) it looks. It has a modern pop art feel while also maintaining a level of professionalism AND, while not cheap, it's STILL at a fraction of what I would have paid elsewhere. Go visit her storefront and you'll see her style. I literally want to buy everything in her store lol.”

“Walking through this store is an absolute dream. Must have stayed here over an hour admiring all of the pieces. Came in specifically to check out a desk I had been eyeing online. So glad we saw it in person because we decided it might be impractical for us when we tested it out. Fell in love with a sleek grey desk lamp that was on display but the color we wanted is backordered for several months. The associate says we have option to cancel before it ships out so that's nice. Shipping is pretty expensive so be sure to come in person to make sure you love the product. Cool framed photos of initial furniture design plans flanking the hallway to the bathroom. Bathroom was also very nice. Has own dedicated small parking lot.”

“Really enjoying our continued experience with Alfonso Montoya. We went into the store just as we were moving earlier this summer - purchased a Platner table. We needed the delivery to be delayed, this was a breeze to organize. Then we needed to order two ghost chairs, these arrived very quickly but one was missing and again Alfonso saved the day and is organizing the replacement of this one chair left behind. It turns out the quantity was just incorrectly entered on the invoice - simple mistake. Then we wanted the Platner Side Table so we contacted Alfonso again who made this a very easy process. I'm sorry to those of you who had a slightly bitter experience but we've had really great service and follow up.”

“I could not be happier with all my custom Poliform cabinetry and I have a lot: a custom kitchen, built-in laundry and utility hallway plus a full dressing room. The quality of the cabinetry (ceiling-to-floor and wall-to-wall) and the precision of the pocket doors and drawers is very high; plus all the customizable features for dishes, silverware and storage make the result a totally "your way" product. My black lacquer and white lacquer finishes all get a lot of use and - 5 years later - look brand new. Now that i'm settled in, I want to retro-fit some closet sections to make them more efficient and Poliform is ready - the answer is just YES - how can we help? Don't hesitate. Working with Mallory and the team was terrific - 5 stars!”

“Walking into this store is really breathtaking, the flow of the designs on every square inch of the store at meticulously maintained. Reading the below reviews of poor customer service was not something that we whittnessed. Starting from the convenient valet parking right outside, to the associates who offered to help us, we were treated rather nicely. It was unfortunate though, that the entire living room collection in the sizes and colors we were interested in were severely back ordered, with 3-4 month wait periods. I suppose that is the norm these days.”

“It's a nice Target. The underground parking is clean and plentiful. The store is clean, didn't see homeless people there. Lines move pretty fast. One problem is poor selection. Most of the time the item I'm looking for is either out of stock or they don't carry it.”
