The only thing to be aware of is that cancellations are handled through corporate, so that process can feel a little corporate and less personal.”

“Everything was super easy. I picked size, reserved & paid online. When I arrived the following day, my packet & lock (which is provided) were all waiting for me. Downloading the app makes it so easy to access entry to gate & doorways if you have an inside storage. I was confused about the lock but front office came right away to help me. She was so pleasant. “Excellent and Efficient.....This Extra Space Storage location in Moreno Valley of Perris Blvd is great. I made my reservation online and went in the next day to get my 10x15 unit. It took about 4 minutes total for the paperwork etc. I had my lock on the unit and was able to immediately move a couple loads out of my garage to the unit that day. Anytime between 6am-10pm 7 days a week. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks......”

“This was the easiest way ever to secure a self storage unit! I made my reservation online the night before, but when I showed up the next day, they were gone out of the office temporarily. I was bummed at first, thinking I would have to come back, but then I noticed they had a super-convenient QR code posted so I could do the whole transaction online! “I have rv parking available at my house now so I don’t need storage anymore, Or I would still have my boat stored at this place. this place is awesome. Some of the nicest staff that will go out of their way if you need anything, they even told me that they would accommodate me if I needed to get my boat out before or after hours. Great security here and I believe the manager also lives on site. I’ve never had one issue or anything happened to my boat while it was being stored here. I would definitely use them again.”

Even though she was getting ready to leave, she stayed and helped get me set up with the reservation. On move-in day she was there and got the paperwork set up very quickly and showed us to the unit. Not a big company that doesn’t care, Mark will do whatever he can to help his clients with anything they need at his storage facility. They have a dump station that is free of charge in the facility. Spots are very large and on an angle which makes them very easy to back into.”
