“Started coming here for Amazon returns just because it is conveniently close to my house. But then seing, and being able to to see office supplies I needed for my business felt different from just simply buying it from Amazon. And the fact that Party City is now inside of Staples, makes it even more interesting when making party plans for my business and personal needs.”

“A young woman, Lesley, at the store on Stetson, in Hemet, went way beyond expectations! She helped me with a delivery from the Smiling Retail Company who delivers. She tried to get the seller to give me a free return authorization for a $400.00 shipment. The vendor kept saying I was responsible for the charges to return six boxes of products which I found were useless. Lesley helped with connecting me to the Smiling Retail customer service and ultimately the vendors customer service supervisor. I did not time the assistance, but I'm sure her help lasted more than 75 minutes. Lesley absolutely deserves any recognition and monetary reward that FedEx or it's counterpart can provide to her!”

“We found Paqueteria en Perris when we were relocating from Murrieta CA to Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Jose and his team assisted us with moving 40 boxes and a very delicate wall art piece. The fee was very reasonable and everything arrived in perfect condition, especially the art piece. I only wish I would have found Paqueteria sooner. I would highly recommend using them when shipping to Mexico and I plan on using them again in the future.”
