“My Rite aide at 651 N. Golden State Boulevard is great. Someone at the front of the store always greets me with a warm Hello. Then at the pharmacy I am again greeted warmly, and usually there is between 0 and 3 customers waiting in line and it goes very quickly. Then I shop, and check out. Someone always helps me out to my car with my heavy items (bottled water) . Like I said in the beginning, they are great and so cheerful. They always put the heavy items (bottled water) in My cart for me too.”

“I have had some horrible experiences with other pharmacy’s but I am so blessed and thankful that I am a customer with Boies. First I want to give a huge shoutout to Abraham for always taking such great care of me when I come in. He always has a huge smile on his face and makes me feel important and not just like a customer. He goes out of his way to make sure that I am taken care of. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have to deal with people all day who I am sure are not the nicest people but he does it with a smile. He deserves a huge raise.
Next I want to give an even bigger shoutout to the pharmacist John. He is the reason I switched to Boise. He was my pharmacist at an another pharmacy and after he left there it was a complete nightmare. When I found out he went to Boise I switched right away. John is absolutely amazing. There have been times that a few of the medications that I take were completely unavailable but I don’t know how he does it but he has always found them for me. I grew up in Turlock and I had heard mixed reviews about Boise but I can honestly say that in my opinion it is the very best pharmacy in the Central Valley. So kudos to Boise for having the dream team. Oh and I feel horrible but there is also John’s pharmacy tech who followed him when he came to Boise who is an amazing young lady also. Thank you guys for being so great.”

“It was okay for my son to get the kids vaccine. Clean environment.Made an appointment and they were ready in minutes after checking in.Only thing was they didn't have my son sit down on a chair or take into a private room, and instead gave the shot near the front counter. I had to configure my son and tell him to relax while the pharmacist didn't say any "normal/standard shot preparation " like other places for these injections.But, it worked out and it was done and son was fine . Scheduling 2nd dose somewhere else, where this is more of a privacy there.(responding to Tower Pharmacy: Would be nice to have it brought to my attention before hand or asked in the "questionnaire" I filled out to "have that option."Rather then not knowing that, until now. Well I hope this will help others)”

“Swithed to Rite Aid from my 10 year relationship with Walgreens for my prescription medications. Cheaper, faster, never run out like others and not rude or short tempered in pharmacy. BUT the prices & sales are way greater in Walgreens. Even on non prescription medications & vitamins etc. Always go there for other needs, even batteries & film, cheaper than Walmart.”

“Amazing experience at CVS inside this Riverbank Target, I was trying to get my mothers medicine for that she relies on considering she is kidney transplant patient and she is on medicare, the cost of this medicine is not possible for many to be able to pay and with changes to medicare or within the pharmacy i was fighting an uphill battle to get my moms needed medication, after countless hours and days with medicare and cvs pharmacy reps one unbelievable member within the pharmacy Yulissa went above and beyond to get the information and details to accomplish getting this medication for my mother, and i just have to say i am very pleased to know there are still people who not only care about their jobs but also understand the importance of their clients needs and I feel like I came upon Yulissa and I couldnt thank her enough for all her help. Thank You Yulissa you are genuine and i hope your hard efforts are always recognized.”

“So impressed with this store. First time there. Went to get a vaccine and the pharmacy staff was outstanding. On top of that, they had a large, comfortable, enclosed waiting room. Was given a 10% off coupon for groceries. Did some shopping and the lady checking us out was really nice. Then Perry, who was by the door, offered to go out to the car with us while I drove their scooter (I have torn ligaments in my knee), then return it. He even went to open the car door for me. So courteous. I was impressed with everyone with whom I interacted. It turned a stressful afternoon back to being pleasant. So sorry I didn't get everyone else's name.”
