“After living in sooo many money hungry apartments that only care about their profit and loss I wanted to circle back (after not living at Sandpiper for a few years) to be sure and give them their proverbial flowers. This was my wife's and mine first apartment out of college and man did we hit the jackpot. It's been years and a few different apartment complexes and not a single one comes close to the community, kindness, and strength exhibited by Sandpiper. The apartments may not have central air, in unit washer and dryer, or a fancy apartment layout/location, but if I could go back and do things over I would never have moved.”
“Roger swung by today to see what was wrong with my Tesla charger, doorbell, and porch light. He is definitely a master of his craft. Best of all though is his kindness, willingness to go above, and rates. I know sounds cheesy but I was honestly surprised haha. Highly recommend and already recommended to another friend. I highly suggest at least obtaining a quote since he will most likely beat your electrician out of the water.”

“Been here a few years, the management staff are awesome! Stacey and Rafael are always available when needed and anytime there has been an issue in my unit, they take care of it immediately! The grounds and laundry rooms are always kept clean as well.”
“I've lived here since 2023 and have seen a lot of recent changes for the better. Recently had some maintenance / improvements done in my kitchen and bathroom. Very happy with the way it was all handled and the end result is excellent. A big thank you to the great team at Huntington Cove -- Alexsis, James, Robert and Jorge -- for their professionalism and kindness.”
“The manager in my prior posts no longer work here. Other than The previous manager, I have nothing bad to say about this place. We've made great relationships with everyone we lived by. We spent COVID here. Of course it was hard for a lot of people and not just us. Either way. Great location and a great place for anyone to call home, even with its little flaws. Wouldn't have lived here almost 6 years if it's wasn't worth it.”

“I have been a tenant here for two years and thought that it was about time that I shared some thoughts about the folks that run it. I spent most of the last 30 years that I worked managing and/or opening resorts here in California, Colorado and Montana and Hawaii so I have a bit of experience with folks that work in the hospitality industry and I assume that management of a 200 plus apartment complex fits into that category. Every member of the staff here has not only been good at their jobs but has been warm and friendly. They say hi when they see you and they deal with any issues that you have come to see them both efficiently and happily. I tend to blame all of this niceness and efficiency on the manager, Priscilla Martinez. She is great at dealing with whatever problems or issues we bring into the office and when one of the workers needs her assistance she is always helpful. I would love to have her on staff of one of the properties that I worked at over the years. She and her staff have made my stay here very, very nice.
Thank you to all of you and particularly to Priscilla!!!”

“Great residential complex for comfortable living. Like any property, there are minor issues, but the management team here is excellent and truly proactive. They work hard to address any concerns as quickly as possible. The key is to speak up when you notice something, and they will take care of it. The amenities, including the parking, pool, and BBQ areas, are always kept very clean. Overall, I’m happy living here.”

“I'm changing this rating because now they offer the ability to pay rent in two installments at the beginning of the month and the middle (there is a fee to do so), but with the rising cost of living in OC - that can alleviate a lot of stress for a lot of people! Also, I have never had to use the emergency maintenance line - but did last night on Sunday evening - my sink was clogged and filling with water. I called the emergency maintenance accessible through the regular phone number via prompts and someone was here in 30 minutes on a Sunday evening. They were so nice they even cleaned up my kitchen area for me. I'm sure they prioritize issues - especially water damage issues - I'm just reinforcing the fact of my positive experience with their response time.”
“At first it was a rocky transition and with having my parking taken from me my first night during one of SoCal's first rainstorms, but other than that, once I got my footing in, it was good. Mrs. Elisabeth was truly a great support system for me at the community liaison department who helped me and guided me through things from the beginning and even today. I love my unit, my yard space, and the renovated XL Studio that I live in now. There are some minor flaws in the paint and wood, but it's not that bad. Neighbors are super nice, and it's a really pet friendly complex, which is amazing. Thank you, Mrs. Elisabeth, for all our help. It was a total mission to get to you from my leasing agent to the application department, and etc., a four-week process, but we are here, and it was worth it even though I was promised a move in date with not keys and had to wait four-five more days after.”
