I’m a new resident here at The Colony. I absolutely love it! The grounds are maintained impeccably. The maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. How much command the resident services staff, especially Kenya and Nicole. From the first day, I came in to take a tour. They were friendly and eager to answer all my questions. I was able to secure an apartment after the first visit and from what I was told, I was lucky at least four other people were very interested in the unit that I secured. The gym is very nice. The pool is beautiful. I feel like I’m at a luxury resort and then I remember, I’m at home!”

“Love it it’s a great place to be social with everyone clean stuff very friendly. People are very friendly there you grumpy don’t move there answer the phone. My staff front desk are very friendly. I met more than four people. There are all nice and me and my daughter each one choose one apartment individually and I’m going to refer two of my friend. They already looking for it. I can’t wait to my move-in date my daughter move in this Saturday. For the great price and beautiful community wonderful wonderful community very excited”
