Mike was punctual, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process, explaining how the ceramic coating would provide long-lasting protection against UV rays, scratches, and dirt while giving that hydrophobic, glossy finish.

“This place is really great! It's pretty simple and easy to use. It's also very inexpensive and well maintained!BRING A TOWEL that you don't mind getting dirty to finish drying your vehicle at the end. I also like to open my doors, trunk, and fuel-cap to wipe the edges clean and dry.You exchange money for coins and use coins to start a timer in one of the 3 or 4 car stalls and have access to a number of products (3 coins minimum to start).You twist a nob to select what's active.High pressure nozzle with squeeze trigger to turn on high, let go to go low/drizzle:* Just water.* Soapy water* Clear coat polish.* Maybe 1 or 2 others.Large soft-bristle brush (not for tires or engine):* Tri-color foam.* I forget what else this can do.Brush for tires/engine:* Tire/engine oil of some sort.Medium/Low pressure nozzle with trigger:* I forget what product comes out of this one.Hand used air dryer / blower "gun".They now accept credit cards, too!I went with $6 and that gave me over 15 minutes to use the various products they have. I went with high pressure water, high pressure water and soap, tri-color foam brush, high pressure water again, high pressure clear coat polish, high pressure water, air gun to dry it a bit until it turned off.”

“Convenient and relatively affordable place for self service car washing and vacuuming that is usually well maintained. My van was really dirty today. I should have used the do it yourself stall today to scrub with the soap brush. The drive through does fine if it's just dusty just using spray jets and air.”

We had been struggling with a problem involving a gift card and had to return multiple times trying to get it resolved. Unfortunately, the online customer service wasn’t responding, which made the situation frustrating and difficult to fix.
When we finally met Sergio in person, everything changed. He immediately took ownership of the problem, treated us with patience and respect, and worked hard to find a solution. Instead of brushing it off, he stayed focused until the issue was completely resolved.
Sergio went above and beyond to help us, and it was clear he genuinely cares about customers and about doing the right thing. Employees like Sergio are the ones who keep a company’s reputation strong. “I’ve been coming to this car wash since the mid-1980s, and ever since the new ownership took over, the prices have become noticeably higher than any other car wash in town. I hope the new owners take that to heart, because loyal customers definitely feel it.
That said, I want to recognize the exceptional service I received from Luis Garcia. My newly painted vehicle had some surface scratches — not caused by the car wash — and Luis went above and beyond to help. He applied hand wax and carefully worked the area by hand using microfiber towels until the scratches were removed. His attention to detail softened the blow of the higher prices and reminded me why I’ve stayed a customer for decades.
Luis Garcia is a standout and truly deserves the credit.”

“Rhino applied a ceramic coat on our new Sprinter Camper Van. Grace set us up with a quick appointment. Alex reviewed options and the benefits of each and Luis outlined the process and how to best take care of the finish. Although our van was new, it was better than new after Rhino completed the work. The entire van was clay barred and polished before application so the finish came out nothing short of spectacular. We haven’t been off road yet but we’ve noticed that neither morning moisture nor dirt/road grime sticks to the finish. We couldn’t be happier with the work Rhino did for us. Just look at their shop and the high end vehicles being serviced to see that Rhino is all about quality. They truly are the best around.”
