I learned quite a lot from his experience in the business. His knowledge, professionalism and service are absolutely extraordinary.The ceramic application was done at the convenience of my home. And my car looks better today than it did when I drove it off the Tesla lot.He also recommended a few products for me to use which I found quite helpful. “I found Excess Look Auto Solutions via an Ad on IG.After inquiring more about their promotion, I was lucky to have my appointment scheduled for Saturday, with a window to drop off my vehicle between 8am-10am, and return/completed service around 3-4pm same day.When I dropped off my vehicle that Saturday, I was greeted by Andrew who filled me in on their process and what I could expect in terms of results. Hours later, Chris (the Owner) texted/called me to provide an update as to the progress of my vehicle.Unfortunately, they weren't able to return the vehicle to me because my Headlights needed a little more elbow grease.The next day, I received a text from Chris letting me know that my vehicle was finally finished and ready for pick up.OMG...IT LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!My car is a 2010 Honda Fit. When I arrived Sunday Morning, it looked like it just came out of the Carwash. Chris was able to restore my Headlights back to 90% Brand NEW. My car has never been cleaner!TLDR:Auto Customer These guys are a hidden gem, if you're hesitating on setting an appointment you shouldn't.
