I only lived here for a year and a half but had a very nice experience. The buildings are older (1970s) but well maintained, especially the landscaping. The apartment manager Autumn is awesome and always helpful and friendly. Small but cozy community with lots of dogs.

Diana might be the best manager in the Sacramento Valley . She cares for her tenants like no other . A different variety of cultures , I found out that we all can really get along well together. This is what Diana brings to the table .
