Challenging week for Frontier in HB. Internet has worked poorly all week and this morning 8 am area 17- N HB- complete outage .. As of 14.31 pm this afternoon still not resolved. Called Frontier to understand scope of issue, wait time an hour and their chat bot did not work either. Not pleased
