The system is pretty efficient but they're always seems to be a lack of people working. Then there's this weird lax between a customer service representative finishing up with one customer before calling another. At times it felt like it was 2 minutes wait in between customers.

Went to the store to ask if there are any offers to reduce wifi bill, but customer support guy try to add more to my bill by convincing me of holding lines and stuff which would make my bill go higher by time not lower- and i can’t afford that
