I disconnected my internet, and needed to drop off my equipment.I made an appointment online, they had me in and out in 5 minutes!Good job, guys!!

Cancelled my cable (direct TV) called customer service was told to turn in my equipment. Went to the att store, was told to call customer service, customer service said to take the equipment to UPS/FedEx they'll send it for you.
