Had a great experience with Daniel. Was logging in and he came over to help me before I got my info entered. Had an issue with the high monthly cost. I don’t have to go to Spectrum often but when I do, I always have a good experience. Sometimes it waits a little long, but hey, that’s why we have cell phones to play On😉
