Stop race baiting, this is insane. I don't want to be part of any studies part of UCI or Frontier or Pasadena, let alone the other places. The divisive nature of the comments are purely homicidal and i believe you are going to hear from the FCC very soon. This is pathetic and not a problem to fix very easily. Stop with the ear.

It has been 4 days since my set top box has stopped working and Frontier's communication system has been down. I have contacted customer service 3 times and been told a technician would contact me before day's end. Still no help. Must be time to switch to Spectrum.

Worst experince I have ever had. The IP address that they provided me when i first signed up was hacked and caused my business website to be blocked. When I called for support, they were not able to fix it after 10 calls! I finally decided to switch...oh wait I can't do that because their SUPPORT APP IS DOWN AND I CANNOT CALL TO CANCEL MY OWN SERVICE! I went with another internet service provider and whenever the APP comes back up, I will cancel. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy, that's how bad this service is!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY! THEY CHARGED ME TO RETURN THEIR EQUIPTMENT. THEN ONCE IS WAS RETURNED THEY STATED THEY NEVER RECEIVED AND REPORTED ME TO CREDIT AGENCIES. I HAVE THE LIVE CHATS ALL SAVED WITH FRONTIER STATING EVERY MONTH THEY RECEIVED AND WILL TAKE CARE OF IT WITH COLLECTION (THEY NEVER DID). I AM ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CREDIT DEPT AND THEY ARE STATING THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO! THIS IS UTTER AND COMPLETE B.S.! MY CREDIT TOOK A 51 POINT DIVE

came out for an upgrade and left with no internet and for some reason nobody was able to come for days!! had internet before they got here and didn't when i got home. NO help. just the run around. thank god for hotspots on my phone because this company doesn't care that i need internet to work from home on a Thursday afternoon!

Worst possible score. Sent the team home 2X in 2 Weeks. Frontiers Network went down and took my business with it. Spent 20 hours on the phone and their Chat line between my team and myself, NEVER made contact with anyone.Please Frontier, CALL ME!If you need the network for business, DO NOT DO THIS to yourself!

Horrible customer service. Absolutely the worst. Can't get through to a human being. Spent an hour with their automated service. Just can't believe a company can run this way. Never ever will I do business with them. Robotic phone answering is NOT the way to run a business. I don't care how big you are.

I'm a new customer and the technician who set up the fiberoptics did a masterful job, it was very complicated, yet he figured out a good way to accomplish it! The initial phone call was great too. My only complaint is the customer support phone system is terrible. However the online chat works well! My suggestion is if you switch, start the service with autopay on the initial phone call. I like the fiberoptic internet! It saves money and is fast and stable.

They were charging me 75. a month went to quit after over 20 years service and no pro rate to quit have to pay full month and tacked on 50. charge just to quit mandatory since last November tech says. He treated me awful will never use Frontier again.I was suppose to get 200 mand was getting less than 100 also called on that service earlier went up a while then down again.Worked ok just the price is awful and customer service wait times horendous.

I have never in my life had a harder time getting my WiFi installed. It was supposed to be done July 1st but there was an issue. I was assured I'd receive a call to schedule a time to come back with the right supplies. A week later and still no call I called. Right before making the appointment, the call disconnected and nobody called back. Another week goes by, I get a call that they're at my house (this is not scheduled and I'm at the office). They run the cord they need without going into the house. Im told all I need now is the box and they'll call to schedule. Now it's July 17th and I've had no phone call still. Im trying to use the chat where the representative said they're working on it. Now they haven't responded to my messages for over 30 minutes, halfway through our conversation. I need my WiFi and I'm so close to losing my mind. So hard to keep my temper reigned in.

Frontier Internet is straight garbage, I live in a military installation in the Mojave of California, they are the only option, know it and provide extremely sub-standard service with next to no efforts to correct them, or compensate us users after the internet fails numerous times a month. Do not use them if you have a choice.

Frontier runs a total bait and switch scheme! Do not use Frontier, no one can help you or resolve any matter over there.The internet isn't terrible, but I will pay more a month to a company that actually cares about what they are selling.
