I use Pure Power filters on ALL my Harleys & have never had a problem with any of them. I also had one on my 2015 2500 Ram; again; no PROBLEMS. I am waiting for them to make a filter for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Kelly sold the company ; so he & Fran are no longer there, but i have never had a problem with either of them.

Defective product. No one answers the phone for the past two weeks.

Sent my filter in for warranty. The company never gave me another filter and won't send back my old filter either. I have been waiting for months. Now their phone doesn't work.
