“This has to be on of the best Medical offices I've ever been to. I've seen NP Tim, NP, You You, and Dr Yau. These folks are some of the most compassionate medical providers I've ever met.
Dr Yau can get very busy so in the past I've agreed to see Tim or You You and they are both great. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and provide best quality care.
I always leave my appointments feeling like all my questions have been answered.
The young ladies in the front office and the medical assistants are also of the finest caliber.
I all Dr's offices were like this no one would be afraid to go to the doctor.”
“I had such a great experience with Dr. Pakour and the entire team. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and attentive. Maria, the nurse, was especially caring; she really listened to my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. There is also a new lady who has been there for about three weeks; I forgot her name, but she was incredibly lively and sweet the entire time, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. I felt safe, heard, and truly welcomed from start to finish. Highly recommend!”

“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“This clinic is one of the best I have ever been, people here are so compassionate, attentive, loving, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nusinovich is very attentive, always listens, and asks the right questions, he wants to help you to be healthy, he loves his job and his patients. Nurses are as kind and loving as your favorite auntie. I have a very unusual medical case, I survived a car accident that led me into a long coma, and a lot of injuries, I am living with TBI, a big part of my brain was destroyed, and I was with a very indifferent PCP and neurologist before Prestige Medical Center. After I was assigned to this center, I asked to help me find a good neurologist who could finally help me, they assisted me a lot with my search, provided lists of doctors, made calls for me, and with the help of the clinic’s staff I finally found an amazing neurologist. They are very busy, but I did put in some work myself, if you want to change and be healthy you gotta do the work too. I am very grateful for everything Prestige Medical Center and Dr. Nusinovich do for my well-being.”

I went to this urgent care after I got hit by a car on my motorcycle at low speeds and they were too GREAT! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors everyone was polite and attentive. I got checked out, ALL my wounds were treated, got X-rays done, and received prescriptions. Nothing too major but very painful.”
“Dr Horowitz is the best doctor I ever had. His knowledge is invaluable and he’s helped me through so much, and so many ailments. “GIVE THEM A CHANCE! I been going here for a couple of years now and yes there have been some changes made by BHS themselves trying to work in a better experience for us. The office girls are doing their best although they may be short staffed. I have to call back about twice but my messages are always heard and handled. Dr. Jordan Michelena is the best doctor ever. He takes good notes and he listens to everything. Of all the years I have gone to many dr.s but I settled with this Dr. Michelena I refuse to go anywhere else! Give them a chance they are the best!”
“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. “Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she’s locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism!
