“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“I selected Dr. Yau as my primary care physician based on his Yelp reviews and my first office visit. Since then I have been even more impressed with each appointment. First, the business and administrative staff is friendly and efficient. I have had very little waiting time and the post-visit follow ups by staff are great. Second, the nurses are calm and conscientious. I liked my last primary care physician but everyone at his office seemed harried and overworked, while Dr. Yau's team (they really do feel like a team) seem to be comfortable in their roles. Last but not least there is Dr. Yau himself. He is caring, warm and comprehensive in his approach. He seems genuinely interested and curious about my health. He is an exceptional communicator; for instance, in offering explanations about treatment alternatives and recommended approaches. On top of all that, this is a rare facility in Monterey Park where those who speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese can feel welcome.”

I got some test done and they actually call me to follow up with the results. The waiting time was short the clinic was very clean and the nurses were very helpful and professional. “Normally I really like this place, they usually get us in and out and do what they can to find out what is wrong with you. However today, they closed at 6pm due to "inclement weather" while we were only experiencing normal rainy weather. That was disappointing because my daughter really needed some care and they were closed early. Pretty disappointing as she had to go another day w/o medication. There was no need to take her to the E.R, urgent care is what we needed in this case.”

“I just had a great experience at a new primary care doctor's office...it was hard to say who was better - the doctor or the staff! The whole office is Russian, so I expected to feel somewhat out of place, but they treated me like family -- better than family. Ruby at the front desk made me feel right at home, from the first day I called to make an appointment, Even the nurse who drew blood from my arm was like a nice grandmotherly type who make me look at an incredibly beautiful painting across from the office door to distract me, but I didn't actually need it, because I didn't even hardly feel anything!!. Dr. Vlad was better than any American doctor and spent a lot of time getting my whole medical well-being analyzed - whatever United Healthcare paid him, it wasn't enough.”
“Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she’s locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism! I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. “First time visit for my physical. I've been a obgyn patient with Beverly Care at their other facility and delivered my kids at Beverly Hospital as well. And I wasn't let down by their high quality patient care once again. Dr. Linn was terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, and super informative. She pays attention and answers all your questions ,I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Little to no wait in the lobby. Anna the medical assistant and her colleague who was an extern ,carefully paid attention when drawing my blood . She was very good and zero pain.
