I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

Ever since I found out about this place 3 or 4 years ago, I have been using Lako since I drive to Korea to send parcels, even though it is almost an hour away. The price is reasonable, the delivery is made without a single omission or mistake, and the person is very kind.
I always send my children's clothes, snacks and toys for my nieces and nephews to my sisters in Korea in a really big box, and the price is so reasonable and it's so reliable that I even asked them to keep it for a long time haha.
I've only sent it to Korea, so I'm not sure about other countries, but if you really want to send something to Korea, I highly recommend it!!”

I couldn’t take it on the plane. I couldn’t take it to FedEx. They didn’t have the right size box so I found this nice mailbox shipping store. I asked them could they do it and they took over the whole project made a box for the specific dimensions, Bubble wrapped it to make sure it will be safe to travel all the way to Brooklyn, New York from Los Angeles..
