“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs this service or passport pictures (they conveniently provide that service as well).”

“Love that there is a mailbox nearby that will accept USPS, Fedex and UPS packages (even if we don't have a box there). But what makes this place special is the team that works there. Friendly, professional, and sincere employees. They genuinely like having our business. Lots of packaging supplies if you run out or don't have the right size for your shipment. If I needed a mailbox, I'd use them for sure. Place is safe and there's always parking (even a loading parking space right in front). It's right next to the Beachwood cafe and market - so easy in and out. They have no problem letting me know when I call if the mail has been picked up -- which helps a lot!”

With just 14 days of boarding and training with Andrew, Koa learned all basic obedience commands along with being able to walk nicely. Ever since I found out about this place 3 or 4 years ago, I have been using Lako since I drive to Korea to send parcels, even though it is almost an hour away. The price is reasonable, the delivery is made without a single omission or mistake, and the person is very kind.
I always send my children's clothes, snacks and toys for my nieces and nephews to my sisters in Korea in a really big box, and the price is so reasonable and it's so reliable that I even asked them to keep it for a long time haha.
I've only sent it to Korea, so I'm not sure about other countries, but if you really want to send something to Korea, I highly recommend it!!”
