“After trying to afford groceries in Trinity County this place is a miracle. The food is always fresh the prices are excellent the service is wonderful. I've never been there when I didn't see a smiling face behind the register. They're always willing to go the extra mile to help. Great place to shop!”

“Last stop for reasonably priced food for 35 - 40 miles northwest & lewiston is kind of off route from 299l. The store has a lot of variety including typically fresh produce, over the counter pharmaceutical medication, first aid, grooming products, beer, and baked goods. Definitely reccomend.”

“I am in Happy Valley A LOT and I visit this store probably way more than I like. It always seems like I forget something and have to go back. Let me tell you the things I LOVE about this place. #1 GAS PRICES. They could easily monopolize being the only station around for a while but they don't, it is sometimes cheaper than in Redding. #2 THE EMPLOYEES/CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERY SINGLE PERSON there is amazing! #3 LUCY!! She is the resident dog there and if you bring your dog you will definitely be one of her favorite customers. #4 CLEANLINESS speaks for itself. I think there are a few things that they could do to improve. I would LOVE to see fountain sodas, and while they have an ok selection what they DO NOT have is a lot of fresh produce both fruits and vegetables and there isn't any ready to cook meats like hamburger or maybe chicken. I saw some frozen chicken in there once but it didn't look edible and maybe turn the fridge down so beverages are colder”

“I had a really rough week and wanted to pick up sandwiches for me and my poor sister (who has the flu) after locking myself out of work and dropping my busted car off at the shop all in 1 morning. When I got to the counter, I realized there was something weird about my sandwich order and called my sister to double check.

Jodi (I am sure I'm spelling her name wrong) at the sandwich counter heard my confusion on the phone, and stopped to check on me. I told her there were twice as many sandwiches in my bag than I wanted and it looked like the order got duplicated. She dropped everything she was doing to help me. Together we looked for a manager to help.

While we were looking, Jodi got asked a question by another customer and helped them quickly and efficiently. She was extremely friendly and handled the question with grace and patience despite being busy with me.

We fixed the mistake and I only paid for the 2 sandwiches I wanted. Shout out to Jodi for that because I'm about to be broke after I pick my car up. I hope someone behind the counter got the extra 2 sandwiches for lunch :)

This story is just one of many good ones I have about interactions with employees at this location. I come here often because it's down the street from my office. The customer service is always incredible, and the store is always extremely clean.

“When you find yourself out that way country market is the place to stop whether it be for a quick bite, cold drinks fuel up, the staff is great. The location is easy to access. And if you haven't been here, do yourself a favor stop in and say, hi.”

“Always check your receipt they over charge from what prices say on shelf. Regardless if your told the price wasn't change on shelf yet. They have to honor the price on shelf this is why this company has lawsuits against them. I agree with post about employees being unprofessional. I was overcharged and went back inside for refund. The girl at the register said, I don't do refunds and it's going to be a while because the other person who does refunds is busy. I asked her how long is it going to be because I have ice cream in my car. She looks at the employee stocking shelves and I said are you joking me you haven't even told her she's needed to do a refund. I said look she's not to busy to do her job giving me a refund because she's only stocking a shelf. Seriously no common sense on the employee at the register. Guess she wanted me to stand there and wait for her to finish stocking shelves before she was going to inform her a customer needs a refund...unbelievable NO COMMON SENSE IGNORANCE AT IT'S BEST.

The other thing that I don't like are the digital coupons because your only allowed to use one per visit. It's a total rip off..!
