“Honest, Friendly, and Thorough – Highly Recommend!
I recently brought my Dodge Charger to this shop because I was feeling some vibration while driving. I made an appointment and dropped the car off the next day. From the start, the team was super friendly, attentive, and asked all the right questions. We even did a ride-along together so they could better understand what I was experiencing.
They kept the car for further inspection, and I was really impressed by how thorough they were. The entire staff was professional and kind throughout the process. After the full inspection, they went over everything with me and reassured me that no issues were found.
Now here’s the part that really surprised me – they didn’t charge me anything. No issue found, no fee. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare in this business. Most places will find a way to charge you something, even if it’s just for looking at the car. Not here. They genuinely care about their customers.
I’ve never had this kind of experience at a mechanic shop before, and I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything in the future. Highly recommend!”
“Best Auto Shop in town. Great work at reasonable prices. If you want an honest mechanic - here is where you go. I would give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone.”
“MY HERO!!! thank you jeff for fixing my bessy ford. You came out to me faster than me making my coffee!!! I had no clue as to what i was going to do and i saw your reviews and called. Thank you. Fuel pump fixed!! Made you a cool ad.”
“This was a great mechanic shop with fair prices. I showed up for a break inspection at 0800 on a Saturday with no appointment and they saw me right away. They were done at the exact time they told me they would be finished. I’ll definitely come back here again.”
“Awesome service and communication at Imperial Beach Firestone! I got a free oil change (full synthetic) and 50% off my next one after completing the Firestone credit card application. Service tech Anthony was very responsive and positive.”

“Sometimes it really is better to receive services locally. After a very unpleasant experience at Crash Champions for our auto repair, we researched Yelp for a local auto body shop here in Imperial Beach. The great reviews for body works Collision were spot on. Lisa took care of everything..and I mean everything. The repair to our car was excellent, done in a timely manner and we felt like old friends...after being treated like a claim number at one of those larger shops.”
