“Very professional and efficient service! I came in for a stud and lug nut replacement with a noon appointment. I arrived early at 11:30 AM, and they brought my car right in. They gave me an estimated wait time of 30 to 45 minutes and stuck to it perfectly. While the waiting room is simple, it’s comfortable and has a TV plus vending machines. If you want to step out, Ross and Dollar Tree are right across the street. Overall, a quick, pleasant experience. Thank you for the courtesy and professionalism!”

“I found this shop about 2 years ago, and they have been taking care of me and my car since then, especially Alex and Brent. Everyone has been very helpful and kind but Alex and Brent go above and beyond every single time I have needed it. Their customer care is exceptional, and they’re so knowledgeable and reliable, especially since I don’t know much about European cars. “5 stars. I stopped by Ted’s Garage because I was having an issue with my Chevy Volt and needed help figuring out what was going on. They took the time to run a full diagnostic scan for me and didn’t charge me anything, even though they ultimately weren’t able to perform the hybrid-specific repair I needed.
What really stood out was their integrity. They were willing to help, gave me the diagnostic information, and pointed me in the right direction rather than charging me for work they couldn’t complete. That’s not something I necessarily expect from an auto repair shop, and I really appreciated it.
