It is not convenient for people with disabilities. They do not provide shopping carts so it makes it hard to carry merchandise and hold your cane with one hand. You cannot make large purchases especially if they are big items or heavy.

I just wanted to say great experience at CVS today (3/1/2026). Everyone's super friendly - the pharmacy tech, pharmacist, and store clerk. Their store is clean too. They refilled my dad’s meds efficiently and quick. Even got helpful service over the phone, which was a nice touch. Kudos to the whole team 😊

I had a great experience because of cynthia, she is so sweet and really is trying to help everyone out. She helped me sign up for points and coupons. She is super bright and made the shopping experience feel more welcoming, she greeted me as soon as I walked in let me know she can help with anything.
