CVS Pharmacy in San Diego is praised for its helpful staff and easy service. A team member was very helpful and helped use and apply correct coupons to save money, and that was appreciated. Customers say it is a favorite pharmacy because it doesn’t take long to find what is needed, pay, and be in the car again heading home. Good deals are common. A young man who helped was extremely kind and made an effort to ensure that everyone understood each other, even when speaking different languages; that wasn’t a barrier. The app for coupons is easy to use, and a staff member walked through all features very patiently. When an item was empty, help was excellent: the staff offered to pay again, said no problem, and would accompany the customer to make the return.
I absolutely love this Rite Aid! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making shopping here a breeze. Plus, they have a great selection of products and the store is always clean and well-organized.

The pharmacy has a good selection of products and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, I've experienced some long wait times during busy hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place for quick shopping but could use some improvement in service speed.

My go to location for all of my pharmacy needs a clean well stocked store however there isn't always a cashier up front for those who do not wish to use self check out.
