CVS Pharmacy in San Diego is praised for its helpful staff and easy service. A team member was very helpful and helped use and apply correct coupons to save money, and that was appreciated. Customers say it is a favorite pharmacy because it doesn’t take long to find what is needed, pay, and be in the car again heading home. Good deals are common. A young man who helped was extremely kind and made an effort to ensure that everyone understood each other, even when speaking different languages; that wasn’t a barrier. The app for coupons is easy to use, and a staff member walked through all features very patiently. When an item was empty, help was excellent: the staff offered to pay again, said no problem, and would accompany the customer to make the return.
Store was clean and the items I needed where on stock.

The people are always so kind and personable at this location. Both the clerks up front and in pharmacy. I wish I could remember the latina lady's name up front but we always have jovial conversation when I come in. Ill try to come back and update when I do. I'm grateful that they have a high standard of customer service.

They try their best, but there's so many customers in this location. CVS on 3rd and in IB has much shorter lines.
