My mom who is a senior citizen asked for help on purchasing a hair dryer but the female employee seemed bothered and said she didn’t speak Spanish. I wish employees would treat customers the way they’d want their parents be treated. Hopefully this issue gets addressed because it’s not the first time

I came in tonight with intentions of getting nails and lipgloss with my daughter (Latina) when we were in cosmetics, I asked a lady standing in a corner if she worked there because items were missing price tags, she reluctantly told me yes and basically acted like it was an issue I was asking her a question…. She told me where I could find a price checker - I turned to my daughter and told her to take the ones that she liked and were not priced to the price scanner down the aisle where the middle aged woman (resembled Asian decent) I don’t mean to use this to identify but I’m not sure how to describe her- she began to follow my daughter around the department acting as if she was going to steal!!!!! My daughter told me a couple times, because she was hiding and peeking and just very disrespectful as far as I’m concerned as a patron. It’s a horrible feeling when you see people stereotyping your children. I hope they handle this issue with this worker appropriately.

The Staff are very busy. They do a great job! They are friendly. I never wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. I have complimented them many times bc it's the truth.

I had the worst customer service whit andrea from pharmacy department, she is the wost, I call for my refills and she was giving me the nastier attitude I told her to cut it whit the attitude and she hang up on me when I was not finish whit my order, I call back and she answer again and I ask her why you hang up on me? And instead of apologize she asked, ok what else you need, shame on her I really hope she gets fired so she can learn her lesson!!!

I was just there today 1/19/24 @4pm ish, looking to get the flu shot and get some medicine afterwards. I showed up to the pharmacy and I was shocked to see this CVS with a full staff. Immediately, this kind and beautiful woman i might add rushed to help me. I think her name tag said Andrea. She answered my questions and even took the time to find me a coupon for a discount. I am truly mesmerized by the level of professionalism at this CVS.

Amazing. This is the worst customer service I've had!!You need some serious personal development work in this store you people.First the guy said at the register he couldn't help me explained "He had to go to lunch" >>> but he didn't go, so I'm just waiting in front of him.That's why I complained and said, "you're still here, could have already helped me out."He said he has other things to do before he went to lunch. I said, "You have a customer in front of you, I understand that's more important. ROGER THAT!"Then he asked for Marco to come to the register.Marco, shift supervisor Nov. 22, 2023 -- He greeted me nicely, we were both speaking English... But when I switched from English to Spanish, he cut me off and threw my money back at me!!I OBVIOUSLY WALKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. LOLThis is the store where people who can't get a better job end up at. Watch out!!

Compared to other CVS locations in San Diego - this is by far the cleanest and well organized location I have ever walked into. They offer merchandise that other locations do not carry. I can shop peacefully, not worry about the products I love being locked away behind a glass case. The manager is a stellar individual with great customer service. I made the mistake of setting down my COVID test that I had paid for at the pharmacy and was charged for it. However, returns on COVID test are not possible. I was offered store credit or the reward dollar thing (part of the CVS rewards program). It was my fault and in no way the sales associates. They were super kind about it and honestly I'm happy regardless. I've never used my coupons and learned you cannot use them towards alcohol and that's a bummer. It's okay though lol. Overall my experience was great and I had to circle the isles because of how nice this place was on a Thursday night. The pharmacy associate though could use some training on customer service. He did not look happy and I didn't get a thank you/you're welcome exchange.

Very poor customer service. There are never any carts, so if you are disabled don't bother trying to shop here. When asked about the carts, pharmacist straight up ignored me as if I was asking her about nonsense. When I asked the manager he gave me a half answer and no apology as if I was being unreasonable for wanting to be able to shop there. I love CVS but the one really sucks. Also their vaccination corner is dirty/has trash. They do not clean it for each use, and pharmacists do not wear masks when dispensing vaccines.

First off, I noticed that most of these 1 Star reviews are concerning the store itself, and the pharmacy seems to get mostly 5's. I would concur with the ones that rate the pharmacy a 5. I have absolutely nothing negative to say in my 6 years of going there. They will contact my Dr. immediately if necessary, they will work certain situations out to save me money, they answer all of my questions that I have about certain meds, and when there's more than 2 people in line, the pharmacist will open up a new window, and will work it himself. There's never a wait and everybody there is pleasant and professional.
