“To all the bad reviews ignore them , they are looking for a commercial gym they can take selfies and wait on a squat rack for 20 mimutes between sets , no knowledge or love for lifting weights . Been a member from 2013 and this by far the best gym in San Diego , machines dont need to be updated the machine are old school equipment you wont see else were if your gonna cry about it this gym isnt for you and frankly we dont want you here , its a community gym where we support each other and everyone knows everyone , its a hardcore gym get over it or leave .”
