I hate going to get auto services because I’m a female and for some reason they never take care of me properly, but these gentlemen did just the opposite. So thank you for making me feel seen and not scamming me :) I will definitely come back when I need another service.”

“I’ve been coming to jiffy lube for years now this is my second time at this location. The staff is A+. I brought my Jeep for an oil change. The experience was ??. Had my windows cleaned and was offered maintenance on items that my suv might need. The only negative is that the 15min oil change they advertise in my experience was about 25min. I highly recommend the full synthetic oil. Don’t forget to download your coupon!”
“Griffin's Auto was able to diagnose and repair an intermittent electrical issue for my 1976 VW T2 Bus. It was having starter problems. Issue was with electrical wiring (ignition switch and EMU) and not the starter device. A tough one to diagnose. Bus starts up great now. Reliable again. Big thanks to team.”

“Recently, my engine splash shield had been dragging under the car. Since I was due for an oil change, I reached out the store to see if they could at least take a look at the bottom of my car to see if the splash shield had been damaged. I stopped by there later that morning and the guys took good care of my Prius. They even reattached my splash shield back onto the car. I think the guy said it was a missing bolt.”
“I liked Miguel who shared information on where I could get a smog check to hopefully get my 94 GMC registration for the next two years. Frank's Mobile mechanic out of El Cajon refused to fix the problem he created after replacing my in the tank fuel pump and not helping me when the fuel line started leaking gas and air.”
