“I was crunched for time, but after a quick google search and review of this place it was an easy decision. Not only for location but for the reviews too. When, I pulled up and in, I’m used to getting out at speed lube type places and I was able to stay in my car. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and my bill was only $5 more than what I expected it to be for a new car with fully synthetic oil. I shall say, they did not try to upsell me on anything. I was overall very pleased. Highly recommend for anyone in the North Park, University Heights, Normal Heights, Hillcrest area.”

“I have serviced my 2006 benz E-350 for rear breaks drum , pad and sensor replacement and was thoroughly satisfied with the quality job done by George and the team. Also George gave me a very reasonable quote for the service. One thing that I have seen across the board in San Diego is you start out with a mechanic and they are initially very reasonable with price and then as you become a regular they start squeezing you on prices as you have stopped shopping around. My older mechanic was quoting me $350 more for the same job . I really hope George and company stay reasonable as I am planning on continuing with them in the future”

“I called several shops for a problem with my Toyota hybrid. I needed a new brake actuator. Hands down they understood the problem the best and knew the solution and had clear communication. They couldn’t get me in for a week so I took it to the dealership. I was surprised it was several hundred dollars cheaper to do it at the Toyota dealership than at TLC.”
“I recently brought my 4Runner in for an oil change & brake pads, and the experience was night and day from the dealership honest, efficient, transparent, & incredibly fair. My oil change was about a quarter of what I had been paying.
I’ve trusted them with my previous car, my husband goes here too, and we still come back even after moving out of the neighborhood. They even give you a rose at the end such a thoughtful touch. Now that my Toyota is out of warranty, Boulevard Automotive has officially become my go-to. Highly recommend!”
“Got my vehicle pre inspection here and I will say it was a bit expensive, but everything was broken down in an efficient way. Customer service was great, and they even gave me a digital link with videos about all of the maintenance so I know what to look for in the future. Overall great experience: 10/10
PS: the inspection took about 4 hours so be prepared to wait!”
“From the moment I called I felt like a VIP all the way till the work was completed. They were very accommodating to help me get a tire replaced even though they were close to closing. The crew most likely ready to head home quickly went into full customer service 5 star mode and it was awesome. One of the service team members made sure of what my needs were regarding my spare placement and disposition of the shredded tire. When.i asked what the cost would be to replace the spare he quickly went to the cashier team member and as I walked up they told me when it would be there what the price would be and told me how long and which appointments were available should I chose to do the replacement. It was like a well oiled machine. I would recommend the service to everyone I have been in customer service for years that I have to tell you that I wouldn't mind having a couple of these guys on my team over at the place where I work. I accidentally purchased the wrong parts, and instead of simply sending me away, the owner actually drove me to the store so I could return them and helped me make sure I purchased the correct parts. He went completely out of his way to help me, and I really appreciated his kindness. They installed everything and charged me a very fair price. “Everyone I interacted with was very nice, I called at 9am on a Monday and they were able to get me in at 9:15 for a smog check. I didn't have my renewal paperwork on hand and they were very considerate in making sure I actually needed a smog check. It was done in about 15 minutes. I think the price was more than fair. I will be coming back in 2 years”

I realized I probably shouldn’t drive home and Eddie was able to fit me into their schedule to have the car looked at right away. It was more than just fluid needing to be topped off, Eddie emailed me over 3 options and quotes pretty quickly, explained more in detail on the phone. He was also great at communication via text over the next few days. I like how they also send you pics of the issues. Very much appreciated their friendly service.”
“Mario showed an enthusiasm and honest love of his job starting with the 4 times i called with questions on the service. When I arrived his sturdy hand shack was something I will remember for a while. He did not waiver as I told him I was going to wait even though it was completely agreed on when I called in. I met the technician and was impressed as well. Friendly and did not rush as he explained the tires and later when the worn leaking shocks has to be explained to me he was direct and to the point making the decision an easy one.
