“I got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. “I recently brought a street cat in dire condition to Town and Country Animal Hospital in Bonita. The cat was extremely skinny and losing all her fur, and Linda, the manager, promptly took care of her and provided the necessary medication. Linda advised me to bring the cat back in two weeks, but I couldn't because street cats are hard to find. Yesterday, I finally saw the cat again, and she looks fantastic! “Great experience!! Staff and Dr are awesome!! Spouse and I are linked to the military so we are in San Diego temporarily and on a strict budget. We have 2 cats and a dog. This establishment is super affordable with excellent service. I strongly recommend!! They have a great app and commutation via text. Building is a lil run down but I don’t think they are in business for a big profits. A+++++!!”

“I go back and forth between Texas and Coronado every couple months and the last time we were in CA, our dachshund got super sick. We were very worried about him.. His primary veterinarian is in Texas and we’d never actually been to the vet in CA before this. Dr. Noppinger was the absolute best. Even despite our concerns with this being our first visit, our expectations were exceeded! Our fur baby is doing so much better and it hasn’t even been 2 days. Even the front desk staff and technicians were so helpful. Aside from their extensive knowledge with what was happening, they seriously have the best customer service I’ve personally ever experienced at a vet clinic. Thank you all so much for everything! “These Vet professionals are so kind and knowledgeable. They gave homemade treats to my 11 yr old pup while he waited anxiously. They were comforting and friendly and you could tell they were doing everything they could to quickly heal my dog who came in for (possible) ringworm. They worked with me very well! “This is seriously the best vet that we have ever been to. We have a big dog who has been afraid of vet offices and has recurring intermittent skin and ear issues. Dr. Jasdeep actually listened to our problems and gave us more alternatives to care and education that helped us better understand our dog and the care needed to help him feel better. “This is the best vet clinic. My older pup had surgery to remove a tumor and they’ve been super communicative from the moment I booked my appointment to even now after the surgery. They check in, send me messages, and are quick to respond if I reach out with any concern. The vets also reach out and respond!! Yes, you will wait a little longer, but for the quality and their care, I’ll wait as long as they need.

“From check-in to check-out, our visit was absolutely amazing! This was my first time at this clinic, and I found a coupon online for a free first visit—so we decided to give it a try. I’m so glad we did!
Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming to my furry friend. Check-in was smooth and attentive, and the nurse who prepped us for the vet was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with care.
Then we met Dr. Brenda Cotto López—she was wonderful! My pet tends to be nervous around strangers, but she was so patient and gentle. She took her time with him, made sure he was comfortable, and thoroughly explained everything from diet to flea prevention and heartworm disease. I felt completely at ease and never rushed.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic—and especially Dr. Cotto López—to any pet parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care!”

“The staff at purple paws is incredible! My 10 year old cat was extremely sick and they were able to take her in right away, even as a new patient. Dr. Tugend saved her life. We're three weeks out from treatment now and she is 100% better and it's like she was never sick. They're fairly priced and very knowledgeable. I'm so grateful for everyone at Purple Paws and because of them my cat is still alive and well.”

“Recently moved to San Diego and found the best vet to help care for my 2 dogs! Great attentiveness and care for our pets, called and was able to get an appointment for my dog the same day. (he's already doing better with some medicine, and it's been under 24hrs!)

“Yesterday, after completing a wonderful grooming by April, I was told she was suspicious of an ear infection with my maltipoo, Luca. I immediately walked over to the Banfield desk to ask if a vet might be available to see him. Within 15 minutes we were brought into an exam room and Dr. Pno came in. She introduced herself, observed Luca shaking his head and proceeded to examine him. She swabbed his ears, with my permission and carefully and knowingly explained a course of action. She took my questions and comments with patience and courtesy, Her assistant told me of the cost of treatment. I felt relieved that Luca was going to get help and was very pleased with the compassionate care he was given. I do wish Dr. Pro was a regular veterinarian there!”

“I've taken my cats here before but now the prices are so high. They said they raise it every year. Its over 120 for a visit now and rabies shot about 70$. Other vets have visits for less than 100 and rabies shots for 20 or less. Crazy $$$$. The service here is great and that's why I love it, but I going to have to change vets because of the cost.”

“Honestly, had nothing but great experience here. I haven't used Vetco yet as well as the grooming services. The sales people are pretty competent and have guided me effectively in raising my first puppy, who's almost a year old now.”

“This is one of the best organized and run Animal Care Facility in the country and should be an example for all shelters. The dogs each have separate rooms, NOT Cages, with windows for fresh air and a view! They have daily outdoor playtime in the fenced play yards and are walked at least twice a day. They are socialized so well that, when they are considered by a family to adopt, they are happy and well behaved and present beautifully. I know many people who have adopted from PAWS of Coronado and are very pleased with their new family members. The cats have large rooms, again no cages, with ladders and towers for climbing, and lots of toys. They are handled many times a day by a wonderful group of volunteers who socialize them and get them ready to fit right into their new adoptive homes. They are driven around the Landing in baby Prams so that they are available to be seen by potential adopters. If you are looking for a great new family member to adopt, call for KAREN DWINELL, the outstanding adoption coordinator. Pets bring so much joy into our lives and rescued ones bring even more!!”

“My partner and I found a kitten in the street who was in really bad shape. When we found him he was lethargic, wobbly, scared. One of his eyes was completely shut and the other had a very bad infection in it. He was starving. He was skin and bone and had maggots in his skin. He was covered in flees. We tried to bring the baby to the humane society because we were unsure if we could afford the medical care he needed. The humane society said they weren’t open and wouldn’t take him that day. So they referred us to Bonita Pet Care. We brought him in and Natalie at the front desk was so helpful and quick to assist. She went and got Dr. Singh, who admitted the kitten immediately. Bonita vet clinic gave us a “good samaritan” discount for the kittens care. They took such good care of the kitten and he is doing well! They even called to make sure he was doing okay. I could not recommend a vet hospital more. He’s not out of the woods yet, but with the quality of care he is actively receiving from Bonita Pet Care, I’m sure he’ll make the most heart warming recovery. We decided to keep him and name him Church. (Yes like the cat from pet cemetery lol!) thank you to all of the staff at Bonita Pet Care!
