“I had an issue with my package. My tracking information had said it was delivered, but it wasn’t there. I called our local post office and the gentleman that answered the phone was very polite. He gave me reassurance that the package would be found and my issue would be resolved within the next hours. Not even an hour went by when I was outside and a gentleman employed by USPS showed up to personally give me my package. Thank you for the amazing customer service! I highly appreciate it.”
