I AM FROM IMPERIAL RAISED ALL MY LIFE AND I'VE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE I JUST CALLED AND THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE IT TOOK A FEW RINGS BE PATIENT.
I JUST WANTED TO GIVE AN A+ FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..

The new building is nice. I kinda liked the old timey post boxes and looks of their Old building because it was like traveling back in time when the town was barely built, like cowboy town post style, but it was very small. This building is a bit bigger and more modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.
