If you're going to close for lunch at 1:30 pm for half an hour every day, turning away two people getting in line by 1:26 pm is unprofessional. Please change your lunch hours to 1:26 pm to 2 pm then so we don't waste time driving over to this CVS.

I had been having some issues with my prescriptions showing up in my CVS account and at the pharmacy they were sent to initially in NY. I spoke with Vy at this Indian Wells location and she fixed the issue right away! I have multiple accounts! She saved the day… this will be my new pharmacy from now on!

This CVS location is a mess. The store feels disorganized, shelves are constantly out of stock, and essential items are locked up with no associates around to assist.

Locked up toothpaste and many other products make shopping a pain in the butt. Other stores do not do that - But CVS - who wants to know about customer satisfaction all the time, locks up products. Not customer service. Many shelves empty. They don’t seem to be able to restock shelves.

Brandon was the cashier, and he was so helpful and cheerful that I'm sure that he brightens many peoples' days. A bonus is that this store has the best price for distilled water (which is what I went there for).

Their sales are fantastic. Best store ever. Indian Wells is the place to shop. This strip mall has everything you need. Don
Diego's restaurant , Sprouts etc etc .

We walked in today and got chewed up by fleas in their filthy carpet. Why would a store have carpet in the desert anyway? I see dogs here often enough. PLEASE SET OFF SOME FLEA BOMBS! These bites are ridiculous! None of the self check out stands were working, so we had to wait in longer than usual lines. I doubt I’ll be in again. I would expect more from a store in Indian Wells, this location is really messy & run down looking. The staff are all friendly and helpful though.

Under no circumstances ever should you think that you should be able to use the photo printers or have the people who work in the store help you with any of this. one photo computer has a sale banner programmed into it so when you login the sale banner pops up but you're never allowed to select any other options for printing pictures. (try explaining this to someone who works the register, and you are more likely to explain the entire theory of ) the other one says that there's a jam... which for several days, I attempted to articulate to the people who work here and they just kind of stare, and shake their heads. if it does not involve stocking the shelves or ringing you up, don't ask, ever. !
