“This PostNet store gets FIVE STARS. I shipped a large box to Italy using this PostNet store. Jeff, at the store, searched to get me the best price and the fastest shipper. Unfortunately, it still cost a lot and the package ran into an issue in Italy and was sent back to PostNet after sitting in a warehouse in Italy for more than a month! When I retrieved the package at the PostNet store, Jeff checked on the reason for the return and gave me a full refund. This was great because I am a senior citizen, living on a fixed income. Kudos to Jeff and his PostNet on Dinah Shore in Rancho Mirage!!! They do the THE RIGHT THING for their customers.”

“Terrific one-stop shop for all my mailing needs. I needed to ship a Mac book and iPhone back to a job out of state. They securely packed, labeled and shipped them so efficiently and quickly I was amazed. They were exactly what I needed and so kind and professional with me and the couple of other people who came in while he was packing my things. I was so grateful for his help I suggested he help the customer who just needed to drop off a package. He did and immediately returned to complete my package. They are conveniently located and well organized and ready to help. Also loved they had the Olympics playing on their large TV so I could watch the games as they packed my items. Gold for the win!”
