78365 CA-111, La Quinta CA 92253
“It’s a mail store. How special can it be? Very special. For one particular reason that separates it from all the others I’ve used - transparency. The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. They’re also quick, efficient and extremely friendly so that’s a plus. But the aforementioned accolade is what really sold me. Well done, guys!”

“I went in to mail back an ebay return. Pre-paid label. I have to say... Every time I go there the employees are helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend doing your mailing and ebay / Amazon returns there. They make it easy. Thank you to the staff.”

“I needed something to be printed so I called and asked which email to send it to. When I got there, they had already printed it out for me! Saved me so much stress because, of course, I was running a little late to my appointment. Have been coming to them for years but just visited the new location. Nice and open, and big. Definitely recommend.”

“My job as a mobile notary requires frequent overnight mailing. The Fedex professionals in La Quinta and Palm Desert have been knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you FedEx.”

51321 Avenida Bermudas, La Quinta CA 92253
“The team at the La Quinta Avenida Bermudas office is wonderful. I like going to this location because it typically is not as busy as the other LQ location on Corporate Dr so I can get in and out quicker. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. It can be a tough job and I think a lot of people are not patient with post office staff in general. I hope this location never closes and the staff is paid fairly.”

79-405 US Hwy 111 Suite 9, La Quinta CA 92253
“I called on a late afternoon in a panic because my son left something very important at home and he was already in Arizona. He was thinking of driving back home to the Coachella Valley when I thought that maybe UPS could help. When I called, a very polite gentleman answered the phone, answered all my questions and calmed my panic. I arrived at the UPS store at 3:30pm and my son received the package in Arizona at 11:00am the next day. Amazing customer service and the employees are top notch!”
