I like going to this location because it typically is not as busy as the other LQ location on Corporate Dr so I can get in and out quicker. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. It can be a tough job and I think a lot of people are not patient with post office staff in general. I hope this location never closes and the staff is paid fairly.”

“I called on a late afternoon in a panic because my son left something very important at home and he was already in Arizona. He was thinking of driving back home to the Coachella Valley when I thought that maybe UPS could help. When I called, a very polite gentleman answered the phone, answered all my questions and calmed my panic. “It’s a mail store. How special can it be? Very special. For one particular reason that separates it from all the others I’ve used - transparency. The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. They’re also quick, efficient and extremely friendly so that’s a plus. But the aforementioned accolade is what really sold me. Well done, guys!”
