“I have worked with iTransport for years and highly recommend their services. Their communication, flexibility, and pricing is why I will continue to work with, and recommend them to our clients. Not only are the drivers communicative and reliable, but their logistic agents are incredibly attentive and willing to work with all the different aspects that come with the job. 10 out of 10 gold stars-”

“It’s a mail store. How special can it be? Very special. For one particular reason that separates it from all the others I’ve used - transparency. The system monitor faces out for the customer to see - so you can see in real time everything is being entered corrected and every shipping and pricing option that’s available. They’re also quick, efficient and extremely friendly so that’s a plus. But the aforementioned accolade is what really sold me. Well done, guys!”

“I needed something to be printed so I called and asked which email to send it to. When I got there, they had already printed it out for me! Saved me so much stress because, of course, I was running a little late to my appointment. Have been coming to them for years but just visited the new location. Nice and open, and big. Definitely recommend.”

“Kayleigh (hope I spelled it right) provided great customer service. I decided to go to Absolutely Postal, After leaving a postal annex store a few mins prior. The reason was, the worker at the postal annex told me I had to buy a WHOLE roll of packaging tape to seal my box, because he could not seal it for me. I believe due to me having pre paid shipping label, the postal annex worker knew he wasn't making a sale off me...Back to Absolutely Postal! Kayleigh greeted with a smile, sealed up my box and printed my receipt. I will continue to go to this location, they always provide great customer service no matter what tlu need. Sorry for the never leaving a review... yesterday's experience with BAD businesses makes you realize a good thing! Thanks again”

“I would recc Weltys to anyone looking for postal needs without the post office vibe. Staff are always friendly and very informative, willing to go the extra mile if they can and if they can't they explain why instead of just saying NO. Any time of day is usually okay and without the long wait time. Every service you need is there at Weltys. Oh and I have to mention that at the register they have these fabulous pens for sale .. Gucci, LV, Prada etc and they are hand made by a local girl and they are wonderful! So cute and look like they should cost much more than what they are. Help a local and grab a pen, you'll thank me for it (I have 3 LOL)”

“Eddie went above and beyond to help us ship a sofa from California to Florida. He organized picking up from store, wrapping, storing and then getting an interstate mover lined up. He made sure the price of the move was reasonable, rejecting some quotes telling us he wasn't happy with the price. He worked with our time frame and kept us informed as to steps being taken. If you need a local move or merchandise pick up and delivery he is your man.”

“Terrific one-stop shop for all my mailing needs. I needed to ship a Mac book and iPhone back to a job out of state. They securely packed, labeled and shipped them so efficiently and quickly I was amazed. They were exactly what I needed and so kind and professional with me and the couple of other people who came in while he was packing my things. I was so grateful for his help I suggested he help the customer who just needed to drop off a package. He did and immediately returned to complete my package. They are conveniently located and well organized and ready to help. Also loved they had the Olympics playing on their large TV so I could watch the games as they packed my items. Gold for the win!”

“My daughter and I have been trying to get our passports for a few months now. We went twice to the La Quinta post office and each time our experience was terrible. Each time I left feeling frustrated and defeated. We heard so many good things about the Thousand Palms post office and decided to try it. Patty and Rafael were amazing. They were so kind and welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. They are the kindest people and I’m so glad they made us feel comfortable and helped us get our passports. Thank you Patty and Rafael. We need more people like you in the world ☺”
