“TJ answered the phone. Was professional and courteous. My bumper looks like new. Fair price and did the job in a timely manner. I will use his service again, next time someone runs into me!”
“Over the years our 2007 Vibe suffered more than it probably needed to: lots of dents and dings (by us and others) a damaged rear bumper, scraped up rear view mirror cover, partially broken plastic compound tail light cover - the list goes on.
We had some money saved and decided she needed a makeover and Platinum came highly recommended from our mechanic.
Cassie was amazing, getting us set up and giving an estimate well within budget and somehow she managed to find a new bumper and tail light cover for an 18 year old car whose parts were long out of stock from conventional sources.
Juan and the team were amazing, and when they weren't satisfied the paint was absolutely perfect (this Vibe is a completely unique blue no one has ever seen) they kept her an extra couple of days to fix it - and gave us a discount from our estimate. A lot of extras were given without charge as well like cleaning out the foggy head lights and detailing the car. They even arranged for and drove us to our rental car which we dropped off at Platinum at the end of the work and they took back.
The result: a beautiful, new appearing car ready to run another 18 years! We can't recommend Platinum highly enough if you want superlative, meticulous, professional service. Give Cassie a call! You'll be glad you did.”
“This shop was recommended by Jiffy Lube. I took my truck in for a relatively easy job, but then after they looked at it, I had a more serious problem with my timing chain. Now my truck runs like it’s practically brand new. Very professional very nice shop very punctual and pricing was good considering I had such a major job done. I would highly recommend the shop to anybody and I plan on taking my cars there in the future thank you!”
“I had issues with my car, and Axel always takes care of it with excellent work. He is professional, reliable, and honest. I trust his work completely and highly recommend his services.”

“Super over-do with this review!
-Had gone by on a recommendation from my dealership for just a small but deep scratch repair.
-Came out right away to inspect the scratch and imediatly understood exactly what level of repair was needed and identified a dent in the scratch that I missed completly.
-Photos of the before really couldn't catch the scratch as bad as it was but I'll try,
1st and 2nd are before and the 3rd and 4th photos are after the repair and paint/gloss match. What do you guys think? 🤔 im not seeing any difference from factory ...are you? 👍👍 Im gonna go see them for any little scrape or scratch I put in this paint. They really helped me out with my new ride!”

“I came to them to handle the restoration of my 79 Trans Am. And wow, I couldn’t be happier. Jorge and his team did a fantastic, pretty much perfect job. It’s not even the same car, it’s even better. Great communication, it wasn’t a problem to call him to see how it was going or if he needed anything. The quality of the job is amazing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting to have their car fixed or completely restored. It’s a great shop full of great workers.Services: Body & Trim”
“A good friend of mine recommended me to Desi's auto collision. I took my car to get a quote because my front bumper was damaged from a hit and run while my car was parked. Mr. Desi ordered the parts, got them in less than 3 weeks, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. The price and good service were unbeatable. I am very pleased with the results. Respect to Mr Desi, Paul and their staff, treated me well. I highly recommend that you all guys come check them out. Thank you so much. I am so happy”

“My Subaru was involved in a basic hit and run/uninsured motorist on June 9th. I picked Bob's Auto Body Repair because Palm Springs Subaru works solely with them for auto body damage repairs. They did not disappoint! It looks even better than before! I am beyond impressed and all that work took 2 and a half weeks! I will definitely be using them in the future for anything I may need body work wise. Thank you Bob's Auto Body and Keenan!”
